Shipping

Every shipment is insured for its full value and travels in discreet, unbranded packaging that doesn't signal what's inside — regardless of destination.

Domestic (India)
Shipped via Blue Dart on a tracked, signature-required service. Ready-to-ship pieces typically arrive within 3–5 business days; made-to-order pieces are cast, set, and finished first — see below.
International (US, Canada, UK, EU)
Shipped via FedEx or DHL Express, tracked and signature-required door to door. Typical transit is 5–8 business days once a piece ships, in addition to the making time below.
Made to order
Most pieces are cast and set after you order, not pulled from finished stock. Expect 2–4 weeks from order to shipment — you’ll see the estimate for your specific piece before you check out.

At the border

Customs & duties

For shipments to the US, Canada, the UK, and the EU, duties and import taxes are included in the price shown at checkout — nothing is collected on delivery. EU orders travel with a Certificate of Origin included.

If it isn't right

Returns & exchanges

  1. Ready-to-ship pieces

    Returnable within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging, for a full refund to the original payment method.

  2. Made-to-order & engraved pieces

    Cast and set to your specific order, so these are final sale except for a manufacturing defect. We stand behind the work — if a setting or finish is at fault, contact us and we’ll make it right.

  3. How a return travels

    Return shipping is insured and signature-required, the same as your original delivery — we treat a piece coming back exactly as carefully as one going out.

Once your account and order history are live, a return starts there. Until then, the atelier can start one for you directly.
